Mrs. Anna Wallene Price Johnson, affectionately known as Pat, age 79 of Madison, Tennessee a native of Sparta, passed away at 4:12am Friday, December 1, 2023 at Alive Hospice in Nashville, Tennessee.

Pat was born November 6, 1944 in Sparta, Tennessee to the late Charlie Cecil Price, Sr. and Dovie Lou O'dell Price. She was a retired K-Mart associate. She loved to work and maintain her yard. Above all else, her greatest joy in life was being Nana to her beloved grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Ray "Pee Wee" Johnson, who died January 9, 1992 and three of her siblings.

Survivors include her daughter: Teresa Hooper and husband John of Greenbriar, TN

Daughter: Michelle Dukes and husband Steve of Walling, TN

Son: Chris Johnson and wife Jenny of Cottontown, TN

Graveside services will be conducted 12:00pm Sunday, December 3, 2023 at Lost Creek Cemetery. Grandsons Sean Jones and Josh Ward will officiate. There will be no public visitation prior to the service.

John Hooper, Christopher Johnson, Chase Sullivan, Damion Johnson, Jeremiah Johnson and Colton Moore will serve the family as pallbearers.
