Mr. James Ardin Bussell, better known as Ardie, age 59 of the Dodson's Branch community of Jackson County passed away Saturday, March 15, 2025 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

Ardie was born August 14, 1965 in Sparta, Tennessee to the late Ardin Olan and Geneva Richardson Bussell. Ardie loved music and was an active member of the music industry. He had many friends in the industry. Of all of the music that he enjoyed, Stevie Nicks was his favorite.

In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by siblings Nora Irene Bussell "Pookie" Kuchna,  Linda Lou Bussell Sparkman; infant sister Brenda Jean Bussell and brother Gary Wayne Bussell.

In honor of Ardie's wishes, Hunter Funeral Home has been entrusted with his cremation and no services are planned.
