Bennie Joe McDonald age 77 of Doyle, passed away Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at the Alvin C. York VA Hospital in Murfreesboro. He was born January 25, 1947 in Doyle to the late Joe Gordon McDonald and Clara Mae Rice McDonald. He was also preceded in death by his wife of 41 years, Patsy McDonald.

Bennie Joe served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.

He is survived by his son: Brandon McDonald & wife Stacie

Daughter:  Bethnie Fox & husband Jim

Grandchildren:  Kalie McDonald, Taylor McDonald, and Braden McDonald

2 Sisters:  Janice Cole & husband Ralph and Judy Thomas

A Private Graveside Service was officiated by Bryce Murphy at Doyle Cemetery with full Military Honors.

Pallbearers were Brandon McDonald, Braden McDonald, Jim Fox, and Bethnie Fox
