Billy S. Randolph, age 80 of Sparta, passed away Thursday, May 16, 2024 at his residence surrounded by family.

Billy was born August 27, 1943 in Sparta, Tennessee to the late Buster and Maggie Lee Stamps Randolph. He was a former walking horse trainer. In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by sons, Kenny Darron Randolph, Benny Randolph, Philip Randolph; sister Mamie Lou Gilreath; brothers Willie, Linden, James and Kenneth Randolph; his mate of more than 20 years, Ella Mae Wren.

Survivors include his daughter: Tammy (Paul) Pippin

Son: Billy Dewayne (Sue) Randolph

Brother: Vernon (Mary Ann) Randolph

Sister: Helena Rice

Grandchildren: Camille Brown, Kurtis Brown, Natasha Rice

Several grandchildren and great-grandchildren also survive

Hunter Funeral Home has been entrusted with Billy's cremation and no services are planned
