Mr. Robert Arthur Lack, affectionately known as Bobby to family and friends, age 68 of Sparta, passed away at 9:58am Thursday, December 16, 2021 in the E.R. of  St. Thomas Highlands Hospital.

Bobby was born October 3, 1953 in Atlanta, Georgia. He loved working and had a variety of jobs and hobbies over the years that kept him busy. Bobby worked at Wagner for over 30 years where he served as a shift supervisor and he spent a few years as a 911 dispatcher. Many people knew him from his small engine repair or clock shops. He is preceded in death by a son, Darrell Lack and his grandparents that raised him, Solon and Ofallon Lack.

Survivors include his wife of 46 years Martha Lack

Two sons: Russell Lack and wife Deanna, Jason Hayslett and wife Liane

Daughter: Felicia Lack

Grandchildren: Jacob Lack, Daniel Lack, Brandon Scott, Colson Murphy, Allyson Hayslett, Eli Hayslett

Sister: Wanda Ciancio and husband Larry

Three great-grandchildren

Numerous nieces and nephews also survive

Funeral services will be conducted 11:00am Monday, December 20, 2021 from the Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Sunday from 4-8:00pm at Hunter Funeral Home. In honor of Bobby's wishes he will be cremated following his funeral service. Deanna Lack will officiate.
