Mrs. Carolyn Sue Brown Cantrell, age 78 of Sparta, died peacefully at her residence surrounded by her loving family.

Carolyn was born on July 9th, 1943 in Portsmouth Ohio, to Ellis Brown Sr. and Elsie Gladis Squires Brown. She married Tommy Lee Cantrell and the couple welcomed one child into their home David Earl Cantrell. Carolyn loved spending time with her grandbaby's and great-grandchildren. She was full of joy and touched everyone's life she came into. She is greatly loved and will be greatly missed. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husband and sisters Elizabeth, Rosemary, Gene, Ruby, Fern, Mildred; brothers Ellis, Frank, Paul, Clarence and Bob.

Carolyn Sue is survived by her son David Earl Cantrell Sparta TN.

Grand daughter and caregiver Amy Michelle Terrigino her husband Anthony James Terrigino,

Granddaughter Holly Marie Smith and her husband Jonathan Keith Smith

Great grand children Tommy Lee Cantrell, Kayla Mackenzie Shepherd, Damon Kane Smith, and Decklan Jeremiah Smith also Willow Raine Terrigino all of Sparta TN.

There will be a celebration of life to be announced at a later date.  In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hunter Funeral Home, PO Box 90, Sparta, TN 38583 to help the family with funeral expenses.
