Mrs. Cora Sue Luna Qualls, age 82 of Sparta, passed away at 5:30am Tuesday, February 15, 2022 surrounded by family.

Sue was born July 14, 1939 in Sparta, Tennessee to the late Floyd & Henry Mason Young Luna. She was a retired factory worker from Aquatech and Russell Stover. She enjoyed cooking and gardening. She loved all things religious from reading the bible and gospel music to religious programming on television. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husband Wilburn "Will" Qualls, who passed away on February 26, 2018; siblings, Loretta Sparks, James Luna, W.H. Luna, Lois Bumbalough and Juanita Gilliam.

Surviving family members include her two sons Tim Qualls & wife Kathy of Sparta, Kenny Qualls & wife Beckki of Cookeville

Funeral services will be conducted 11:00am Saturday, February 19, 2022 from the Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home with burial in Highland Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday from 4-8:00pm at Hunter Funeral Home. Bro. Clint Walker will officiate.

Dutch, Tyler, Arian, Jared, Evan and Jaylen Qualls will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are Malachi Brown, Logan Brown and Kyle Anderson
