Ms. Cynthia Jane Ganger Richardson, age 88, affectionately known by family and friends as Cindy, passed away at 6:35am Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at her residence.

Ms. Richardson was born September 22, 1933 in West Milton, Ohio. She earned a degree and had a career in nursing until she wanted to try another career path. She went to work for the United States Postal Service where she was a mail carrier for many years. Although she made a living by walking, she was an active member of the American Volksmarch Association (AMA) and participated in designed 6 mile walks all over the country. Cindy always put others before herself and was an angel on earth. She is preceded in death by her Parents: Kenneth and Opal Loaine Shearer Ganger and sister Oneida Krider.

Greg Richardson of Dayton, OH

Several grandchildren and great-grandchildren also survive

The Richardson family has entrusted Hunter Funeral Home with Cindy's cremation and no services are planned.
