Mr. Danny Ray Henry, age 69 of Sparta, passed away at 9:23am Friday, February 24, 2023 at his residence.

Danny was born November 16, 1953 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Charles Clinton "Doc" and Louise Woody Henry. He was a retired brick mason and a veteran of the United States Army. In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by sister Joanne Gamble; brother Tommy Lee Henry.

Survivors include his four children:

Jeffrey (Kim) Henry, Crystal Henry, Jeremy Henry and Carrie Henry

Grandchildren: Daniel Henry, Jacob Henry, Anastasia Wagner, Michaela Henry, Bryon Henry, Abigail Henry, Nathaniel Henry, Sierra Stricklan, Sadie Stricklan, Kye Colanello, Knox Gribble

Three great-grandchildren

Companion of over 10 years Barbara Robinson and her son Jodie (Marisa) Hickle and granddaughter Leanne Hickle

Step-mother: Peggy Henry

Brothers: Charles Henry, Jr., Bobby (Carolyn) Henry and Larry (Betty) Henry

A host of nieces and nephews also survive

In honor of Danny's wishes, Hunter Funeral Home has been entrusted with his cremation and no services are planned
