Ms. Deborah Charlene Hutchings, affectionately known as Debbie of Cookeville, a native of Sparta, passed away Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at Grandview Post Acute Health in Cookeville.

Debbie was born December 28, 1961 in Sparta, Tennessee to the late Lloyd Ray and Lena Irene Harris Hutchings. She was a proud 1980 graduate of White County High School and will be fondly remembered for her many years of service at the former Food Lion in Sparta. She enjoyed cooking and watching cooking shows on television. In her spare time, she enjoyed driving and being out and about visiting friends. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her niece Diane Hutchings Harris.

Survivors include her brother Anthony Hutchings and wife Teresa

Nephews: Daniel Swift and wife Stephanie, David Graves and Zack Graves

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00pm Saturday, March 22, 2025 from the Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home with burial in Plainview Cemetery in the Cassville Community. The family will receive friends after noon on Saturday at Hunter Funeral Home. Doyle Crawford will officiate.

David Graves, Daniel Swift, Zack Graves, Ryan Harris, William Whitaker and Dustin McCurry will serve the family as pallbearers.
