Mr. Dishmon Hamblin, age 86 of Sparta, passed away at 8:30pm Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at Life Care Center of Sparta.

Dishmon was born March 29, 1934 to the late Taylor and Lydia Mullins Hamblin. He was retired from Jeld-Wen Hardwoods. Dishmon played the harmonica since he was a young man and was glad to play a song for anyone that he met. He was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Sparta. In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by wives Reba Hamblin, Shelby Hamblin and Mary Wanda Hamblin; daughter Jennifer Hamblin; siblings,  Grace Turner, Dessie Postlethwaite, LaRue Davis, Sally Bailey and Mark Hamblin.

Survivors include his children: Darrell (Trina) Hamblin, Denise (Wayne) Bogle, Tonya (Wade) YoungBlood
