Mrs. Ianthisa "Ann" Brock Swoape Duncan Brimer, age 77 of Quebeck, went to be with her Heavenly Father on Sunday, January 15, 2023.

Ann was born December 15, 1945 in White County to the late Riley Edward and Sarah Louannie Miller Brock. At birth, she was given the name Ianthisa and its meaning, "passionate, extreme sensitive and intelligent," served her well all of her life. Ann had a work history that included cosmetology, garment factory worker and Scepter Hardwoods. During her life, Ann was strong in her faith and served as a child of God. Her last act in her earthly body was attending church.

In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by husbands Ardell Duncan and Willard Brimer; sisters Lois Brock and Kathy Long; nephew James Edward.

Surviving family members left to cherish Ann's memory include her four children and spouses: Tammy & Doug Goolsby, Sandra & Shane Cooper, Randall & Rachel Duncan, Michael Duncan

Grandchildren: Nicole Knoxville and husband Jason, Kaylah Smith and fiance' Michael, Jazmine Cooper and husband David Babenko, Katherine Bruce and husband Greg, Morgan Milligan and husband Matthew, Anthony Duncan, Danielle Duncan and fiance' Eli Young, Ashley Parks

Great-granchildren: Jaythen Rogers, Jayden Blaylock, Jeshua Smith, Nicali Smith, Vincent Bruce, Leiara Dorton, Alona Dorton, Jacqueline Dorton

Great-great-grand: Ollie Rogers

Siblings: Lefferrell "Bulldog" Brock and wife Lavergne, Lloyd Dwayne Brock, Lonnie Ray Brock, Melithia Green, Rita Mabe and husband Keith, Connie Hixson and husband Thomas

Fifteen nieces and nephews

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00pm Friday, January 20, 2023 from the Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home with burial in Duncan Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4-8:00pm Thursday at Hunter Funeral Home. Bethel Mooneyham and Jeremiah Manus will officiate.

Michael Duncan, Randall Duncan, Gregg Bruce, David Babenko, Johnny Hawkins, Jaythen Rogers, Jason Knoxville and Anthony Duncan will serve as pallbearers.
