Mr. Jack Allen Breon, age 75 of Sparta, passed away at 12:42pm on Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at Unity Medical Center in Manchester, Tennessee.

Mr. Breon was born May 20, 1945 in Loganton, Pennsylvania. He moved to Illinois to start his business Illini Construction Specialties. He retired in 2000 and moved to Sparta with his wife Barbara, where he worked as hard around his home as he did in business. He dedicated his endless energy to woodworking, gardening, landscaping and feeding the birds that visited his property. He was happy to help his neighbors that needed his expertise in electrical, building and plumbing. Jack is preceded in death by his mother Cecelia Lamey Breon; father Parse H. Breon who was killed in WWII while serving in France and is buried at Gettysburg, National Cemetery in Pennsylvania; siblings James, Richard and Shelby.

Seven grandchildren

Brothers: Terry, Donald and Barry

Sister: Sherry

Jack requested that only a gospel message of the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ be given. Funeral services will be conducted 12:00pm Saturday, February 6, 2021 from the Quarles Room of Hunter Funeral Home. The family will receive friends after 11:00am Saturday at Hunter Funeral Home. Scott Parkinson will officiate.
