Mr. James Levi West, better known as Levi, age 22 of Quebeck, passed away Tuesday, evening August 15, 2023 at his residence.

Levi was born September 28, 2000 in McMinnville, Tennessee. He loved muscle cars and aspired to one day own his own muscle car shop. He enjoyed video games and being with his family. Levi is preceded in death by his father Lenard Ray "L.R." West; maternal grandparents James "Buck" and Marylene Yates; paternal grandparents Leonard and Faye West.

Survivors include his mother Lisa Yates of Quebeck

Sister: Meredith West Jones and husband Todd of Sparta

Two brothers: Matthew (Nicole) West of Brentwood, TN and Morgan (Kerri) West of Sparta

Second Mother: Lisa West Whitehead and husband Gerry of Cookeville

Grandparents: Kermit and Lilly Vickers

Uncles: John (Deb) West and Rickey Yates

Aunt: Diana Carter

Caregiver: Lora Cox

A host of nieces, nephews and cousins also survive

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00pm Friday, August 18, 2023 from the Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home with burial in Anderson Cemetery. The family will receive friends after 10:00am Friday at Hunter Funeral Home. Bro. Mark Gaw and Tim Judd will officiate.

Nathan West, John West, John Yates, Cameron Carter, Caleb Carter and Zach Knowles will serve the family as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are James Yates and Timmy Freeman
