Mrs. Jeanetta Gibbs Brimer, age 84 of Doyle, passed away at 8:48pm on Thursday, February 11, 2021 at NHC of Sparta.

Jeanetta was born April 16, 1936 in White County to the late Hinley Henry & Sally Young Gibbs. She was a retired garment factory seamstress. She enjoyed taking walks, working with her flowers and quilting. She was an animal lover. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husband James William Brimer; brothers Loyd, L.T., Leonard and Stanford "Shot Gun" Gibbs.

Survivors include her son Carlos Brimer

Grandson: David (Suzetta) Brimer

Granddaughter: Jessica Brimer

Great-grandchildren: Hunter and Kara Brimer

Graveside services will be conducted 3:00pm, Sunday, February 14, 2021 at Young Cemetery at Hensley's Chapel. The family will receive friends Sunday from 1:00pm until departure for the cemetery at 2:30pm at Hunter Funeral Home. Nathan Hawkins will officiate.
