It is with broken hearts that we announce the death of Jeanie Smith
Guidara, who next month would have loved to have celebrated her
101st birthday.
Jeanie passed away quietly at her Bon Air Home the evening of
October 9th, 2022, surrounded by her loving family and friends by
her side.

She was predeceased by her Father, Archibald Smith and Mother, Hettie Reeves Smith

husband, Nicholas; older brother,
Richard Smith, younger brothers, Dude (Joseph), Frank and Don;
and younger sisters Mary Smith and Lucille Brock.
She is survived by her sister Anna Ruth Sessions Sanders; her children: Cathy
Collins, Tommy, Kenny, Michael, Jimmy, Rita Cipollina, and David as
well as many grand, great-grand and great-great-grandchildren... and
many, many friends!!!

Jeanie was a vibrant outgoing woman who was kind and generous.
She was the most loving person and considered many friends as
family. She loved to travel, embarking on adventures and making
new friends wherever she went. She was devoted to her faith and to
her family, and we are all grateful to Jack Chadwell, Father John
Patrick Day, Father Michael Sweeney and Father Emmanuel
Dirichukwu who are celebrating her when she arrives again at St.
Andrews Catholic Church in Sparta, Tennessee on Friday Morning,
October 14 at 8:30 am.

Jeanie's biggest love, her pride and her happiness, was her family.
Everything she did revolved around her immediate and extended
families. She never met a stranger, and shared her love with everyone, equally enjoying an evening glass of Merlot sitting on the
porch in her favorite chair! Her son, Kenny once said that she could
sit there forever, sipping from her favorite wine glass, content to
"watch snow melt"!!

The Guidara Family is eternally grateful to our cousins and their
families as well as friends and family for filling Mother's Bon Air
Home with happiness, fellowship, well being ... and food!

Funeral Service will be held on Friday, October 14, 2022 at the St. Andrew Catholic Church at 9:30 am.  The family will receive friends from 9:00 am until Service time at the Church.  Burial will be in the Eastland Cemetery.
