Mr. Jeffrey Theodore Bulakowski, affectionately known as Bull, age 42 of Sparta, passed away on Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at his residence.

Bull was born February 10, 1984 in Michigan City, Indiana. He had a proud career in law enforcement. He served as a sergeant for over 15 years for the campus police at Tennessee Tech and most recently with Tennessee Department of Corrections.  He was an active member of Golden Mountain Ministries. Everyone knew that Bull lived for his family and caring for his children.

Bull is preceded in death by his mother Denise Arlene Young Daniels, who died June 13, 2007; father Jeffrey Carl Bulakowski, who also went by the moniker "Bull", who died November 5, 2010.

Surviving family members left to cherish his memory include his five children Gavyn Bulakowski, Jakub Bulakowski, Madison Woody, Abigail Woody and Brayden Woody

Sisters: Brianne Breeding and husband Jeffery, Stacy Woody

Step father: James Daniels

Funeral services will be conducted 12:00pm Saturday, April 4, 2026 from the Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home. The family will receive friends after 10:00am Saturday at Hunter Funeral Home. Emery Thompson will officiate. In honor of Bull's wishes, he will be cremated following his funeral service.
