Ms. Jennifer Marie Merrell, age 40 of Sparta, passed away Wednesday, October 30, 2024.

Jennifer was born February 9, 1984 in Dallas, Texas. She was a construction worker with an emphasis on home remodeling. She enjoyed working in her yard with her flowers or refinishing furniture but most of all she loved to cook for her son.

Surviving family members left to cherish her memory include her son Tylas Mackenzie Merrell

Three brothers: Robert Merrell, III, Jack Merrell and Jay Merrell

A host aunts, uncles and cousins also survive

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00pm Tuesday, November 5, 2024 from the Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home with burial in Highland Cemetery. The family will receive friends after 11:00am Tuesday at Hunter Funeral Home. Greg Keller will officiate.
