Mr. Jerry Waymon Miller, age 78 of Doyle, passed away at 4:25pm on Monday, September 29, 2025 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

Jerry was born March 3, 1947 in Sparta, Tennessee to the late Everett Gaines "Big John" and Estella Taylor Miller. He was a brick mason and a heavy equipment operator for Robert Meeks Construction. Jerry was an avid fisherman and he loved the outdoors.

In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by his wife Nannie Lou Williams Miller who died February 24, 2005.

Surviving family members include his two daughters Sonda Erney and husband Barry, Brenda Lou Wilson and husband Morgan

Grandchildren: Harley Lashae Taylor, Kristopher Waymon Miller, Jessica Iniguez, Neikka Starkey and Mykka Erney

Graveside services will be conducted 11:00am Friday, October  3, 2025 at Old Blue Spring Cemetery. There will be no public visitation prior to the service. Dewey Young will officiate.
