Mr. Jimmy Arvil Spivey, age 73 of Quebeck, passed away in the early morning hours of Valentine's Day 2022.

Jimmy was born December 26, 1948 in Gainesboro, Tennessee. He owned and operated Spivey and Sons Trucking for several years. He loved heavy equipment and operating a dozer. He was also master mechanic. Jimmy was an avid dirt track racing fan so much so that he was a team sponsor. He is preceded in death by his mother Mildred Dillon Rutherford; father Willie Spivey; sisters Joyce Seibers and Janet Howell; mother of his five children Bonnie McBride Spivey.

Survivors include his five children, Gary (Jennifer) Baker, Jennifer (Donnie) Watts, Miranda (Brad) Crook, Jason (Charlene) Spivey and James Spivey

Six grandchildren: TJ (Cierston) Melton, Katelyn, Dickerson, Josh (Brooklyn) Rushing, Joseph (Cora) Taylor, Brittany (Tyler) Spivey, Kalen Spivey

Twelve great-grandchildren: Weston, McKenna, Harper, Aydalyn, Fischer, Kaw Liga, Jayden, Braxton, Blake, Raylon, Rynn, Remy

Sister: Judy Lewis

Step-father: Bill Rutherford

Uncles: Aron (Judy) Dillon, Shirley (Peggy) Dillon

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00pm Wednesday, February 16, 2022 from the Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home with burial in Plainview Cemetery in the Cassville Community. The family will receive friends after 10:00am Wednesday at Hunter Funeral Home. Eugene Lawson and Johnny Spivey will officiate.

Josh Rushing, Joseph Taylor, TJ Melton, Greg Seibers, Todd Seibers, Randy Denton, Nathan Lewis and Anthony Lewis will serve the family as pallbearers.
