Mr. John David Lowery, age 42 of Sparta, passed away Saturday, June 10, 2023 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

John David was born February 21, 1981 in Cookeville, Tennessee. He was a welder and former truck driver. He was a loving father, a great friend and a kind hearted person to all that knew him.

Four sons: John Tyler Lowery, Zachary Dylan Lowery, Austin Lee Lowery, Jace Lowery

Brother: Josh (Lindsey) Lowery

Three sisters: Natasha (Jarred) Young, Stacey Elliott, Sidney Lowery

Step-brother: Jeffrey (Teddy) Bulakowski

Step-sisters: Brianne (J.J.) Breeding, Stacey Bulakowski

Serveral nieces and nephews also survive

Graveside services will be conducted 11:00am Tuesday, June 13, 2023 at Peeled Chestnut Cemetery. There will be no public visitation prior to the service. Jarred Young will officiate.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hunter Funeral Home, PO Box 90, Sparta, TN 38583 to help the Lowery family with funeral expenses.

Bradley Phillips, Rhyn Brogden, Terry Henry, Matthew Connor, Daniel Gammon and Michael Geer will serve the family as pallbearers.
