Laurine Bumbalough Terry, age 84 of Sparta passed away Thursday evening, December 31, 2020 at the St. Thomas Hospital in McMinnville.  She was born April 16, 1936 in Sparta to the late James and Maggie Sliger Bumbalough.  She was also preceded in death by 2 brothers:  Willard and Haggard Bumbalough and the father of her children:  Phil Edgar Terry.

Mrs. Terry was retired from Wagner Corporation in Sparta.

She is survived by her daughters:  Debbie (Eugene) Ward,  Phylene (Eddy) Stewart, and Lissa (Mike) Cloyd all of Sparta

6 Grandchildren:  Terri (Landon) Dickerson,  Rachel (Mike) Billingsley,  Rus (Dawn) Stewart, Michaela (Roggie) Haston, Casey (Ryan) Qualls, and Joah (Patty) Simmons

15 Great-Grandchildren and 5 Great-Great-Grandchildren

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm at the Bear Cove Baptist Church.  Graveside service will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday at the Old Union Cemetery.  Bro. Frank Derrick will officiate the service.
