Mrs. Linda Lou Bussell Sparkman, age 66 of Doyle, passed away at 8:17am on January 21, 2021 at St. Thomas River Park Hospital in McMinnville.

Linda was born June 23,1954 in Sparta, Tennessee to the late Ardin and Geneva Richardson Bussell. Linda was a loving homemaker and mother to all who were raised in her neighborhood. She loved to crochet and won countless blue ribbons for her work, both at state and local fairs. Many of her patterns have been published in various publications, including Crochet Magic. Her favorite was to crochet dollies and blankets for her children and grandchildren. She will be missed by all those who knew her. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her daughter Hilari Sparkman Vu on May 12, 2020; siblings Brenda Jean Bussell and Gary Wayne Bussell.

Survivors include her husband of 48 years, Steve Sparkman

Grandchildren: David, Isabella, Victoria, Ava, Onyx, Kasadi & fiancé Mason, Olivia and Malasia

Sisters: Shirley Bevard and Nora Kuchna

Brother: James "Ardie" Bussell

Graveside services will be conducted 2:00pm Sunday, January 24, 2021 at Highland Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday at Hunter Funeral Home from noon until departure for the cemetery at 1:45pm. Chris Sparkman will officiate.
