Ms. Lisa Henrietta Emery Kell, age 54 of Sparta, passed away at 6:38am on New Year's Day, 2022 at Bethesda Health Care in Cookeville.

Lisa was born March 11, 1967 in Jacksonville, Florida to the late Henry Wesley and Vitalla Edith Simmons Emery. She was a former shirt factory worker and Dollar General associate. She loved gardening with her flowers, traveling and animals of all kinds. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by two brothers, Joseph Franklin Emery and John Emery.

Surviving family members left to cherish her memory include her son Leland Kell and wife Kayla

Two nieces: Cheyenne (Chris) Frasier, Kandy Williams

Four legged child: Gypsy Rose

Funeral services will be conducted 6:00pm Tuesday, January 4, 2022 from the Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home. Burial will be in Smith Chapel Cemetery Wednesday morning at 10:00am. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 3-6:00pm at Hunter Funeral Home. David Pitman will officiate.
