Mr. Lloyd Estel Young, age 68 of Quebeck, passed away on Friday, September 4, 2026 at his residence surrounded by his loving family.

Lloyd was born November 11, 1957 in Sparta, Tennessee. He was one of 15 children born to the late Dibrell Lee and Daisy Belle Jones Young. Lloyd worked as a heavy equipment operator. In his free time, he could be found in the woods hunting or near a body of water fishing. He enjoyed watching the Washington Redskins on Sundays in the fall and watching Gunsmoke all of the other days. Above all else, he loved being Pa Lloyd to his beloved grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by brothers James Cecil Young, Johnny Lee Young, Dibrell Lee Young, Jr. and Jerry Wayne Young; sisters Fannie Mae Brock and Lillie Belle Barlow

Surviving family members include his daughter Tiffany Young

Two sons: Travis Young, Lloyd Dibrell (Kaylee) Young

Grandchildren: Gabreal Allen Ballew, Colton Izayah Ballew and Hazel Grace Young

Brothers: Paul (Jessie) Young, Lyle Eugene Young

Sisters: Clara Mae Thompson, Gladyes Garrell, Josephie Pittman, Debbie Young, Ann (Shawn) Stouder and Georgia Marie Brown

Special friends: Wilmoth “Bub” Denson and Avery Brown

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00pm Tuesday, September 8, 2026 from the Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home with burial in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends after 10:00am Tuesday at Hunter Funeral Home. Doug Benningfield will officiate.

Justin Collins, Lloyd Dibrell Young, Mikey Young, Wilmoth Denson, Jody Pittman, Hunter Young, Morgan Young, Joepat McCoy and Arville Pittman will serve as pallbearers.
