Mr. Luis Roberto Correa, age 88, of Sparta, formerly of Miami, Florida, passed away at 9:41pm Saturday, May 7, 2022 at his residence.

Mr. Correa was born May 15, 1933 in Pinar del Rio, Cuba to the late Ismael & Saturnina Martinez Correa. He was a retired chef and restaurant owner in South Florida, specializing in International Cuisine. Born in a Cuban fishing village, he had a life-long love of fishing. He will always be remembered for his kind, joyful and humble spirit. More importantly, he will always be remembered as the loving Papi to his family. In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by seven siblings.

The Correa family has entrusted Hunter Funeral Home with Luis's cremation and no public services are planned.
