Ms. Marie Arlene Dunn Davis, age 77 of Sparta, passed away at 10:25am Sunday, November 13, 2022 at her daughter's residence in Oak Grove, Kentucky.

Marie was born September 12, 1945 in Cookeville, Tennessee. She was a 20 year Perdue employee after a shrimp factory career in Florida. She was in quality control. She enjoyed making painting shirts for her coworkers and her home was always opened for family and friends in need. Marie is preceded in death by her father Rosco E. "Doc" Dunn and mother Carrie Elizabeth Courtney Roberts; daughter Dawn Elizabeth Davis; son Mark Davis; great-grandchildren Makensie and Korbin Davis.

Survivors include her daughter Kristina (Kenny) Pecor

Two sons: Randy (Sissy) Davis, Rodney (Brittany) Davis

Grandchildren: Allen Ray Cooper and Kayla Griffin, Dawn Cooper, Jacob (Angel) Davis, Ryan (Amber) Davis, Allie Davis, Randy (Chelle) Davis, Jr., Jonathan (Cecillia) Davis, Brittany Pedigo

Great-grandchildren: Cayden Mace, Ava & Ella Scott, Kylie & Rylie Cooper, Haven, Hakena and Waylon Davis, Isabella, Paislee and Jonathan Davis, Jr., Aubree Davis, Callie Jo Grace Pedigo, Tavor, Annabelle and Hadley Davis, Chloee Davis

Step-brother: Jimmy Roberts

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00pm Thursday, November 17, 2022 from the Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home with burial in Boiling Springs Cemetery. The family will receive friends after 11:00am Thursday at Hunter Funeral Home. Randall Kirby will officiate.

Allen Ray Cooper, Randy Davis, Kenny Pecor, Rodney Davis, Kayla Griffin and Jonathan Davis will serve as pallbearers.
