Ms. Marie Moore, age 84 of North Myrtle Beach, S.C. formerly of Sparta, passed away Friday evening, April 8, 2022 at her residence.

Marie was born August 11, 1937 in Sparta, Tennessee to the late Hugh Lawson & Vada Maynard Moore. She was a former shirt factory worker and retired from Mallory after many years of service. She loved gardening and working with her flowers.

Survivors include her daughter Connie Sparkman and husband Robert

Grandson: Trey Cantrell and wife Sarah

Great-granddaughter: Reghan Cantrell

Two brothers: Edwin Moore and Donnell Moore

Four sisters: Linda Rice, Eva Lois Sellers, Doris O'Conner and Denice Moore

Several nieces and nephews also survive

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00pm Wedneday, April 13, 2022 from the Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home with burial in Plainview Cemetery in the Cassville Community. The family will receive friends after 11:00am Wednesday at Hunter Funeral Home. Edwin Moore will officiate.
