Mrs. Mary Ruth Simpson Randolph, age 78 passed away Thursday, February 8, 2024 at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center.  She was born January 31, 1946 in Sparta to the late Robert and Josephine Blaylock Simpson.  She was also preceded in death by her sister:  Midge Hardin.

She was a Homemaker and a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Sparta.  Mary was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who loved Wordsearch puzzles and watching University of Tennessee Women's  Basketball and the WNBA.  She was dear friends with Rhonda Tolbert and Merilyn Yockey.

She is survived by husband of 57 years:  Jerry M. Randolph

Daughters:  Tammy (Paul) Bridges and Tracy Davison & Fiancee' Larry Morgan

Son:  Tim Randolph

Brother:  Manuel (Wilma) Bennett

Granddaughter: Bethany Paschal & Fiancee' Mike Hazlett

Grandson:  Matthew Davison

Great-Grandchildren:  Kyncee Gilbert and Cooper Harris

FUNERAL SERVICE will be held Saturday, February 10, 2024 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home with burial in the West Cemetery in Cookeville.  Family will receive friends from 12 Noon until Service time.  Bro. Robert Yockey will officiate the services.
