Ms. Michele Ann League, age 49 of Sparta passed away at 5:33pm Monday, May 29, 2023 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

Michele was born August 10, 1973 in Smithville, Tennessee to the late Jimmie Ann Clark League and Mitchell League.  She was a former factory worker. Michele loved shopping on Amazon, trips to get her nails done complete with a trip to Arby's and cheering on her beloved Tennessee Titans.

Survivors left to cherish her memory include her siblings Farrah League-Sutherland, Michael League and wife Jackey, Teresa League Maynard and husband Alphonso Vanessa League Williams and husband Daniel, Karen League Hurd and husband Gerald, Chris League, Mitchell League, Jr. and wife Nickie

Niece: Miya League

Aunts: Carolyn Hobson and husband Dennis, Marilyn James and husband Kevin

Special cousin: Tammie Hobson

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00pm Thursday, June 1, 2023 from the Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home with burial in Davis Cemetery. The family will receive friends after 11:00am Thursday at Hunter Funeral Home. Pastor Diantha McLeod will officiate and the eulogy will be by Joyce Gardenhire.

Gary Gardenhire, Jr., Leon Gardenhire, Jermaica League, Mitchell League, Jr., Scotty King and Alphonso Maynard will serve the family as pallbearers.
