Ms. Naomi Marie Conley Buckner, age 76 of Rock Island passed away at 4:07 am Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at her residence.

Marie was born July 28, 1944 in Sparta, Tennessee to the late Lawrence H. & Gertie Druciller Underwood Williams. She was retired from Tenco in Smithville. She loved to quilt and sew. She was also an avid gardener and canned vegetables for all her family. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by a grandson Billy Jack Buckner; siblings Lou Key, Joyce Key, Charlie Crocket Conley and Herbert Clay "Cookie" Conley, Jr.

Surviving family members left to cherish her memory include son Jack Manuel Buckner, Jr and wife Teresa

Daughter: Sherry Lynn Buckner

Father of her children: Jack Manuel Buckner, Sr.

Grandchildren: Jeremiah Mandale (Amanda) Buckner, Corey Micheal Kirby, Holly (James) Scheidler, Mitch Zane Clark

Great-grandchildren: Jayden, Drake, Gage, Zane, Raiden, Aloura, Jaxon, Trazidie and Phillip

Great-great-grandchild: Rosie

Several nieces and nephews also survive

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00pm Saturday, March 20, 2021 from the Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home with burial in Old Blue Spring Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday from 5-8:00pm and Saturday after 11:00am at Hunter Funeral Home.

Grandsons and nephews will serve as pallbearers.
