Mrs. Patricia Jean Sims Snodgrass, affectionately known as Pat, age 92 of Sparta, passed away January 26, 2023 at Life Care Center of Sparta.

Mrs. Snodgrass was born May 1, 1930 in Akron, Ohio to the late Obert Lawson and Mallie Boyd Sims. She worked alongside her husband in their insurance business. She enjoyed tennis, golfing and fishing. Pat was also a talented seamstress and she loved to make her own clothes. She enjoyed playing the piano and was a member of the Sparta First United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husband of 59 years Joe Thomas Snodgrass who died April 3, 2010.

Survivors include her cousin and caregiver: Linda Wall and husband Joe

Sister-in-law: Faye Snodgrass Tevebaugh and husband Hal

Several cousins, nephews, friends and church family also survive

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00pm Saturday, January 28, 2023 from the Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home with burial in Highland Cemetery. The family will receive friends after 11:00am Saturday at Hunter Funeral Home. Bro. Hyeon Hong will officiate.
