Mr. Richard Ray Tinkham, better known as Rick, age 64 of Sparta, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, March 17, 2024 in the Emergency Room of St. Thomas Highlands Hospital.

Rick was born July 12, 1959 in Ebensburg, PA. He was a talented home builder. He took pride in being able to construct every aspect of a home from the foundation to the roof with only a few exceptions. He enjoyed the attention to detail and craftmanship involved with construction. His Sundays in the fall were devoted to the Kansas City Chiefs, a team he cheered on since childhood. Rick is preceded in death by his mother, Doris Jean Thompson Tinkham.

Rick's family has entrusted Hunter Funeral Home with his cremation and no services are planned
