Robert Elijah Martin, Jr., better known as Robin, age 67 of Doyle, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, February 6, 2026 at his residence.

Robin was born November 7, 1958 in Ypsilanti, Michigan to the Robert Elijah Martin, Sr. and the late Charlene Davenport Martin. He was a former maintenance worker at Aqua Tech and a motorcycle enthusiast. He enjoyed working with his hands especially motorcycles. He was a big fan of classic and southern rock and was always happy to turn up Hotel California by the Eagles.

Robin is survived by his three sons, Bradley Martin, Jeffrey Martin and Elijah (Hassie King) Martin

Two grandchildren: Madeline and Calliope

Four sisters: Debbie Burgess, Fay Redmon, Wanda Mullican and Serena Floyd

Several nieces and nephews also survive

In honor of Robin's wishes, Hunter Funeral Home has been entrusted with his cremation and no public services are planned.
