Mrs. Sandra Louise Parks Frazier, affectionately known as Sandy, age 70 of Sparta, passed away on Thursday, July 2, 2026 at Cumberland Medical Center in Crossville.

Sandy was born November 3, 1955 in Crossville, Tennessee. She was a homemaker in every sense of the word. She loved to cook, and when she did, it was enough for an army. She loved being a Momma to her children, and a Grandma or Memaw to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved being able to provide anything and everything for them. She will fondly be remembered for always willing to share with others, her incredible nurturing demeanor, and taking care of her beloved dogs, Noo Noo and Lexie.

Sandy is preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Morris "Moose" Frazier who died September 7, 2024; mother Wilma Spivey Brady; father Willard "Sonny" Parks; brothers Jimmy, Robert and David Parks.

Surviving family members include her children Steven Frazier, Michelle (Jeff) Moore, Christopher (Jennifer) Frazier, Morrisa Frazier, Robert Frazier, Allison (Anthony) Lumpkin and Beverly Frazier

Funeral services will be conducted 10:00am Saturday, July 4, 2026 from the Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home with burial in Smith Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5-8:00pm Friday at Hunter Funeral Home. John Wilson will officiate.

Eli Bryant, Allen Frazier, Andrew Bryant, Dillon Frazier, Benjamin Frazier, Wyatt Frazier and Peyton Roberts will serve as pallbearers.
