Mrs. Shirley Graham Jones, age 72 of Smyrna a native of White County, passed away Saturday April 29, 2023 at Stonecrest Medical Center.

Shirley was born January 8, 1951 in Spencer, Tennessee to the late Roy Houston & Allie Lillie Belle Graham. She was a former daycare worker, but most of all she enjoyed being a homemaker. Shirley was a warrior as she was a two-time cancer survivor. A devoted wife, mother and grandmother to her family, Shirley loved butterflies, admiring flowers, and watching the Hallmark and Lifetime Networks in her quiet time. Her passion in life was being Grandma to her beloved grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Shirley was preceded in death by her; brothers Joe, Bill and David Graham; sister Hassie Lee Bradshaw

Children: Kimberly Jones, Johnny (Amber) Jones, Kristy (Tim) Van Dolen, Matt (Amanda) Jones

Grandchildren: Destiny, Kane, Hunter Smith, Riley Allison, Logan, Lillian, Rosalie, Emily, Damien, and Anna Jones

Sister: Marie Wallace

Brother: Ronald Graham

Funeral services will be conducted 3:00pm Thursday, May 4, 2023 from the Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home with burial in Old Union Cemetery. The family will receive friends after 11:00am Thursday at Hunter Funeral Home. Randall Kirby will officiate.

Chad Davis, Michael Graham, Darrell Graham, Jamie Graham, Timmy Brown and Greg Williams will serve the family as pallbearers.
