Mrs. Tammy Lynn Trelz Smith, age 63 of Madison, Tennessee, formerly of Sparta, passed away Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at Specialty Select Hospital in Nashville.

Tammy was born October 14, 1959 in Pana, Illinois. She was a former Mallory employee and a homemaker. She is preceded in death by her father Charles William Trelz and mother Patsy Lee Cutler Trelz who passed away May 12, 2022 and sister Teresa Irene Trelz.

Survivors include her husband Ronald Keith Smith

Son: Chris Smith and wife Amy

Daughter: Ginger Smith

Sister: Tracey Rouse and husband Greg

In honor of Tammy's wishes a private burial was conducted Wednesday, January 11, 2023 at Highland Cemetery.
