Ms. Ursula Undra Worthington, affectionately known as Sissy, age 52 of Sparta, passed away Tuesday, June 25, 2024 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

Sissy was born November 29, 1971 in Sparta, Tennessee to Charles Robert Worthington and the late Stella Fay Cullum Worthington.

Survivors include her father Charles Robert Worthington of Sparta

Brother: Chuck Worthington of Sparta

Aunts: Donna (Carl) Joseph, Anita Worthington all of Sparta, Diane Pittman of California

Uncles: John Cullum of Clarksville, TN, Erbie Price of Sparta

Nieces: Tayler Worthington of Cookeville, Hannah Worthington of McMinnville

Nephews: Braxton Worthington and Tyler Worthington both of Sparta

Special Care Giver and who will always be a member of the Worthington family: Jo Ann Standridge

A host of cousins also survive

Private services were held 1:00pm Saturday, June 29, 2024 from the Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home. Burial followed in Lee Cemetery. Pastor Diantha McCleod officiated.
